knifes

KARAMBIT?

Yes it is spring assisted. This Karambit it's a beautiful knife with milled accents and red metal accents as well. The blade is coated black but looks as though it could easily be scratched off. If you touch it up with a ceramic sharpening rod, it will be plenty sharp. Sharp enough it shave hairs. There is absolutely no blade wiggle. A few hotspots and the clip is very stiff. Unless you want to tear up your pockets I suggest you remove the clip and bend it to your liking or take out of alltogether. It looks like T9 torx screws.

They liner lock functions flawlessly. The handle is only slightly over balanced. It's ambidextrous with a thumbstud on each side of the blade. USA design. Handmade

+ Very sharp.+ Great blade length (just long enough, while still being short enough to deter disarming).+ Great handle feel and weight.+ Locking system works beautifully.
- I had to put some WD40 on the knife to make the blade reliably deploy with a spin while holding it in a karambit-style grip.- The lever on the spine for deployment is of no use in the karambit-style grip (though it works perfectly for a traditional grip).
